We have renovated the second floor of a commercial building of Akiyama Shoten and run a peaceful inn “BLUE CAT inn ”. In this serene space, you can enjoy local culture and tea while relaxing and enjoying your stay.
About Akiyama Shoten
Akiyama Shoten, located in Tokushima Prefecture, operates a commercial facility that takes advantage of local attractions. It serves as a place to promote local specialties, and is also active in organizing local festivals and events. Together with local residents, we continue to promote the charms of Tokushima.

What is chahobako?
This set of tea utensils was created using local materials and techniques such as Tokushima cedar, indigo dyeing, Otani pottery, and glass crafts. 2024 saw the start of development and sales, and it has already won a silver award in the sustainable design category at the New York Design Awards.
